"Let Down..."
I placed an order for 12 cans of Heinz chicken and vegetable soup, but instead, I received 12 cans of just vegetable soup. Nobody informed me about the swap until the delivery showed up. Really bummed out.

"Absolutely would shop with Honesty Sales again!"
I’m definitely gonna use the Honesty Sales site again for my orders. I bought Lichfields Red Berry tea in bulk since it’s hard to find in stores. The price is quite fair, and the delivery was pretty quick. Plus, the packaging was solid. Big thumbs up to them! I know exactly where I’ll be getting my Red Berry Tea from now on—Honesty Sales.

I was able to buy something that turned out to be out of stock, and then I got a refund. Sure, I got my cash back, but I quit searching for it elsewhere, which meant I had no time to find it before I needed it. Really disappointing.

"Customer Service Was On Point Throughout"
Right from the beginning to the end, the customer service was excellent. The only problem I noticed was that the items weren't packed very securely, but they sorted everything out real quick.
